Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment

CM Music Production and Business degree students will be working with OAE Education, as part of the Whitechapel Gallery’s Art, Music and other Visible Things Festival to create compositions inspired by a new piece of work by Artist Giuseppe Penone.

Bringing together modern music production techniques and facilities with baroque instruments, the music created will be performed throughout the day of the festival, with live appearances from OAE instrumentalists. It will also feature live music technology performances by the degree students themselves, alongside a whole host of other activities for young people, including film screenings and interactive workshops.
