Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment

The OAE’s annual Study Day this year springboards from our series Queens, Heroines and Ladykillers – taking an in depth look at women’s roles in music over the last 400 years. From Characters in opera, the women (and men) that played these parts and (often little-known) works by female composers.  The day will conclude with a performance featuring an up and coming female artist.

Each session lasts two hours with a short break- sessions are from 10.30am-1pm and 2pm-4.30pm.
