Unwind with a drink and let our presenter and soloist give you a guided tour of two of Bach’s masterpieces, complete with musical examples from the Orchestra.
For this second The Works event, we’ll be featuring Bach’s always popular Brandenburg Concerto No. 5 plus Suite No. 3, famous for including Air on a G String.
After a chance for you to put your questions to the Orchestra, there’ll be a complete performance of both pieces. From 7pm there’ll be jazz in the Queen Elizabeth Hall bar and after the 8pm concert an opportunity to meet players from the Orchestra.
